Welcome to Pinch of Wellness! My name is Ashlee and I am a Registered Dietitian with over seven years of experience and have a passion for nutrition and health! Our mission is to provide recipes that are easy to prepare and incorporate healthy ingredients.
Growing up, I loved cooking and creating any type of recipe I could think of. That passion for cooking combined with my knowledge in the nutrition field has led me to the desire to create recipes that are healthy, yet still tasty! I understand that most people have a busy lifestyle and want to provide recipes that do not require a lot of prep time or have excessively hard steps!
This website also contains wellness tips and information. I hope that it can inspire you to continue on your path of health, or encourage you to take those next steps in leading a healthy lifestyle.
In addition to enjoying cooking, I’m also a fitness enthusiast. I have completed two half marathons, and enjoy any type of activity that is outside or active. I’m a proud wife and dog mama of two dogs. All recipes on this website are gluten free due to my personal health needs, and because I want to be able to taste test every recipe provided. No special ingredients are required, however.
