Ingredients

oranges
peeled

lemon
peeled

fresh chopped ginger
chop into pieces about ½ inch in size

teaspoon
turmeric

honey

tablespoon
apple cider vinegar

cinnamon

cayenne pepper
(⅛ teaspoon or less)

ground black pepper

Instructions
Remove skin from oranges and lemons. Cut into quarters and add to a blender.
Remove the skin from the ginger. Chop into small pieces, about ½ inch in size. Measure out ¼ cup and add to the blender.
Add the turmeric, honey, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, black pepper and water.
Blend on high for about 2 minutes.
Set a fine meshed strainer on top of a large bowl or measuring cup. Strain the mixutre to avoid excess pulp or large clumps.
Note: if you have a lot left in the strainer, add it back to the blender, blend again and the re-strain.
Portion into 2 oz containers (optional) or store in an air tight container in the refridgerator.
Consume within 2-3 days. 1 serving = 2 ounces
Freeze any extra product (portion into small bags or containers for best results).
