Recommended Flour: Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free 1:1 baking flourRecommended Non Dairy Butter: Country Crock Plant ButterIf you do not need a dairy free version, use regular butter. This has been made low sugar by using applesauce. To make the normal version add ¾ cup of sugar and do not use any applesauce.
