These healthy turkey burgers are juicy and flavorful! It is hard to tell they are made with ground turkey instead of hamburger. These burgers can be made on the grill, stove or in the oven.

.5teaspoononion powder
.5teaspoongarlic powder
.25teaspoonground black pepper
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine the dry ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper. Mix until combined.
Place ground turkey in a large bowl or gallon zip lock bag. Add the soy sauce and seasoning mixture. Mix well until combined.
Form into 4 equally sized patties. Place the burgers on a cookie sheet and chill in the freezer for 20 minutes to help solidify.
Oven Method:
Preheat oven to 375F. Grease a cookie sheet with nonstick pan release spray.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 400F).
Place burgers on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side. (Cooking time may vary based on grill).
Burgers are done when the internal temperature reaches 165F. Serve warm.
Notes
The burger should cook to an internal temperature of 165F or higher. Check the thickest part of the burger using a meat thermometer. Make sure the tip of thermometer does not touch the grill or hot pan.
Do not overcook these burgers! Always preheat the oven or grill. Cook just until done to prevent drying them out.
To make these burgers "mess free": add all ingredients to a gallon sized ziploc bag, press out air and seal shut. Mix with your hands by squeezing the outside of the bag.
Alternative Cooking Methods:
Oven: Preheat oven to 375F. Grease a pan with nonstick spray. Place burgers on pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until they reach 165F.
Stove: Heat a frying pan or grill pan over medium heat. Add a small amount of olive oil to the pan. Cook the burgers for about 6-7 minutes on each side. This method works best when burgers are thin (thick burgers will take much longer to cook).
