1cupfrozen pineapple chunkscanned or fresh is fine
½banana, frozen and cut into chunks
1scoopprotein powdervanilla
Instructions
Combine coconut milk and pineapple chunks in blender. Blend until smooth.
Add in the banana and protein powder. Blend until smooth.
Garnish with cherries, coconut or pineapple if desired.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Tips: Be sure to use a frozen banana and frozen pineapple for a thick, frozen blended texture. Low Sugar: use unsweetened coconut milk. Add in a sweetener of choice (such as Stevia).Protein Powder Recommendation: I prefer vanilla why protein because it blends easily and does not leave a gritty texture.
