Ingredients

cup
frozen mixed berries
¾
cup
vanilla almond milk
unsweetened
1
banana
medium
1
tablespoon
flax seed
1
teaspoon
cinnamon
Toppings as desired
banana, blueberries, raspberries, coconut, granola
Instructions
Combine frozen berries, almond milk, banana and flax seed in blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into bowl.
Top with fruit, granola or coconut toppings as desired. Enjoy!
